Experienced and Compassionate Caregivers

Our caregivers have at least five years of experience and bring compassion into every interaction. They go beyond physical assistance by building meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood.

Rigorous Screening and Continuous Training

We carefully select only the most qualified caregivers, with a rigorous screening process. Our team also receives ongoing training, including CPR and specialized care for conditions like Alzheimer’s, to ensure the highest standards of care.

Consistency and Relationship Building

We dedicate the same caregiver(s) to each client, fostering trust and familiarity. This consistency ensures caregivers understand each client’s unique needs, providing comfort and continuity for both clients and their families.

August 26, 2023, It is my pleasure to offer my strong recommendation for Leisa R. Leisa cared for my elderly father 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for a period of 8 months. During this time, she consistently demonstrated exceptional care giving skills that exceeded my expectations. Leisa learned my dad's routine, preferences, and quirks very quickly. She is a great communicator, not just about issues, but frequently sent me text messages and photos sharing how my dad's day was going. Leisa took great joy in providing surprises for my dad such as a new puzzle, a plan to watch a movie with him, or treating him to pizza. She provided daily cares for my dad including showering, grooming, dressing and performed assessments of his skin integrity. She did a great job of making sure he looked his best, even when he pushed back. She kept his apartment clean and orderl and spoiled him with leg massages and back rubs, but most importantly she was his companion and friend. Leisa's friendly demeanor and calm but firm attitude makes her an ideal caregiver for seniors who require extra attention and some motivation. Regards, Linda M Jordan

Carter's Caring Services has provided round-the-clock care for our 95-year old Mother, following a series of strokes she suffered in September, 2017. Karen and her team have been reliable, professional, and caring ever since the first day: my siblings and I have never had to worry about mom's care. The caregivers coordinate Mom's schedule with us and drive her to appointments and social events, take care of household tasks, support and encourage compliance with the exercise regimen, follow safety precautions, and stay in regular contact with us. They encourage our Mother's desire for independence while helping her understand the limitations caused by the stroke and how the little steps can lead to progress. Karen and her team discuss any concerns with us openly and are always willing to pitch in when Mom needs something extra. When issues and conflict arise, which is perfectly natural given my Mother's condition, Karen and the team are always willing to talk, agree on a solution, and follow through. Karen, being an experienced nurse, has helped Mom and us notice slight changes in Mom's health and respond appropriately. In concert with Mom's physicians, she is always willing to listen, explain, and give us the information we need to make difficult medical decisions about Mom's care.
