Karen is the founder and heart of Carter’s Caring Services, bringing nearly 40 years of experience in healthcare and home care to the organization. With a background in managing and supervising nursing homes, Karen's expertise is deeply rooted in compassionate, professional care. However, it was a personal experience that inspired her to start the agency. When her father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s 10 years ago, Karen experienced firsthand the challenges families face when caring for a loved one at home. This experience sparked a passion for creating an agency that addresses the frustrations she knew so well.
Karen’s mission is clear: to provide families with peace of mind while offering competent, personalized care in a compassionate and supportive environment. Her approach emphasizes making every care experience as pleasant and stress-free as possible, ensuring that both clients and their families feel supported, respected, and cared for.
